The reception staff was incredibly rude upon our arrival, making the check-in process frustrating. Our room cleanliness was unacceptable, as we had to ask multiple times before the cleaning staff addressed it. the towels provided had noticeable stains, which was quite unpleasant during our stay.

A few entertainment options were tailored mainly for non-English speakers, which made participation challenging. The evening snacks were lackluster, leaving little to be desired.

Our family had a blast with the amazing kids' activities, and the large room we booked was super spacious! The outdoor pool and the spa were perfect for unwinding after a day of fun. Just a heads up, we did hear some music from a nearby disco during the evening, but it quieted down by midnight. 😊

This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need, including a beach access, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour security. The staff were very helpful during my first stay, recommending places to visit, and I appreciated the quick resolution of issues thanks to Murat. I highly recommend enjoying the delicious food at the main restaurant. I'm coming back for a new year!

I had an incredible time at Greenwood Hotel. The food offered a vast array of options daily, all very tasty. The pristine beach was perfect for relaxation, with plenty of sunbeds to enjoy. Evening entertainment stood out as the highlight, especially the shows, which were fantastic and engaging. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond for our comfort. Our large room was cozy, but the shower could use some improvement. One downside was the noise from the evening disco at a nearby hotel, which could be quite disruptive until it quieted down after midnight. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend vacation in Kemer with great value for money. The animation team provided enjoyable entertainment, especially for kids, making our stay fun and memorable. Don't miss the evening shows, they were fantastic!
